Samarbeidsportalen is the primary information channel from the Norwegian Digitalisation Agency (Digdir) for organisations using or integrating with Norway’s national shared digital infrastructure.

Who is the portal for?

The portal is intended for:

  • Public sector organisations
  • Private suppliers acting on behalf of public organisations
  • Integration partners and developers
  • Service owners using Digdir’s shared digital services

Using Samarbeidsportalen

Samarbeidsportalen includes technical documentation, operational information, previous and upcoming webinars and meetings, statistics, and more.

Once the terms of use have been accepted, you will gain access to Samarbeidsportalen’s self-service area, “My Profile”. Here, you can manage integrations and APIs, view your organisation’s services, and monitor the status of reported service requests.

Your organisation is responsible for keeping the required service information up to date — especially points of contact, as email notifications regarding severe and critical incidents are sent to the registered contacts.

  • Webinar recordings and presentations
  • Statistics and reporting
  • Contact and organisation management
  • Self-service administration tools (Requires login in to your organisations profile).

Technical responsibility and support

Organisations integrating with Digdir’s services are responsible for ensuring that they have sufficient technical competence to implement, maintain, and operate their integrations.

Digdir provides documentation, operational information, and general guidance through the Collaboration Portal.

Please note that we are currently not able to offer dedicated technical support meetings for individual organisations.
